Susanna Leung’s goal as a real estate professional with Haylen Group is to help her first-time home buying clients find that perfect home where their families can grow, thrive, and live their dreams in the United States. An agent since 2012, working in real estate also gives her the opportunity to work with her good friend, Haylen Group founder and industry leader Helen Chong, who she has known since childhood.

Susanna was born in Hong Kong and she immigrated to Vancouver, Canada when she was 10. After graduating from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia with an Economics degree, she worked for HSBC Bank as a Business Implementation Manager, where she learned how to effectively work with high demand customers and situations, talents she still leverages as a real estate agent. Eventually, Susanna and her husband settled in California where they started a family of their own.

Susanna finds real estate to be fascinating, and she involves herself deeply in the strategic and creative thinking, analysis, and risk assessment aspects of the business, focusing on the details that first time buyers care about, especially if they are new to the United States and unfamiliar with the transactional processes. She applies her experience in remodeling, resource networking, negotiations, and advanced marketing to provide her clients with dedicated, full coverage service.

Susanna is fully invested in her clients’ dreams and well being. She firmly believes quality time is the key to family bonding, and that a comfortable home is the basic element of a family, so she puts her clients and their families’ comfortability as her top priority.
