I spent hours researching for the best agent to represent our commercial property, and Helen was by far the best person! We interviewed her over the phone and immediately knew she was the one we wanted to represent our property. Not only is she fluent in Chinese, but she is also fluent in English. "This review is long overdue. I have known Helen for a few years now, and have done multiple transactions with her. I also sent a few friends to her and they all successfully closed transactions with her help with great ease and success. Not all agents/brokers are equal. When you have an easy deal, you may not notice the difference among agents. It is when you have a tough deal that the agent shines through. Helen is by far the best agent that I have ever dealt with. I had several difficult deals with unreasonable counterparts and she managed to settle them all. There were also times when she would honestly tell me that we should walk away from a deal, and we did, and subsequently, she found me a better deal. She is very honest and holds the highest standard of her work. She works hard, is literally available 24/7. I sometimes send her emails in the middle of the night and she replies immediately! Her team members are also great. I have worked with Peter, a very experienced veteran in real estate. He is very astute in picking a winning property. They know both Northern and Southern California markets very well. Given how good she is, she is certainly very busy. She is not going to chase after you to see if you have interests in buying or selling if you don’t respond. If you are not a serious buyer or seller, please do not waste her time, because she truly maximizes every minute to help her clients and she treats big and small clients the same way.
