Home Improvement Tips – Items to Lose From Your Living Room

Clutter on your coffee table

You want to be able to use your coffee table all the time for convenience and relax at the end of the day. Being able to see exactly where your TV remote is, reading the latest edition magazine, that’s what a home should be like.

Things that belong elsewhere

You will always be able to find something that doesn’t fit into the category of “living room”. The most common thing would be pajamas, socks, toys, dishes… etc, if only once a day, preferably in the evening, make it a habit to put back everything, it will help to maintain dear, calm spaces.

Excess blankets and pillow

Having too many blankets and pillows on your couch will not only makes it feel NOT cozy but also messy. The way to choose is anything that looks too old or has holes or doesn’t match your current color theme should be decluttered.

DVDs, CDs, and media you no longer use

We all have some precious collections and great memories, but they are not necessarily needed to be in the showcase every day. Try to keep up to 10 DVDs for sentimental reasons, but store the rest in some other place. After all, who doesn’t have Netflix at home nowadays?
