One of the most important ways to do this is by conserving water. Believe it or not, Californians use on average 196 gallons of water per day, but if we can simply be aware of how much water we use and make small adjustments that will help save over time. Here are a few tips on how you can REALLY save water and protect our planet...

Understand your water provider’s rules and restrictions

To know how much you can save, you need to learn how much you are currently using. Find information about understanding your water bill on the Find My Water Retailer Page by typing in your home address, and you will be able to find out your current usage charged, any new rules and restrictions.  I am sure no one wants to pay $50 -$100 more for a running toilet bowl.
